Our platform is designed to help organizations automate repetitive HR work, improve operational efficiency, and support better decision-making.
4. USER ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION
4.1. AGE REQUIREMENTS
The age to use the Service must be 18 years or age of majority in your country of location. Registration ensures this requirement is accurate by virtue of registering.
4.2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
There are aspects of the Service that require creating an account. By registering, you agree to:

Your liability as a whole against any claims shall in no way surpass the amount you paid to Haigent.ai within the twelve (12) months before the incident on which the liability arises.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, notwithstanding any conflict of laws principles.
7.2. JURISDICTION
Any dispute which arises out of these Terms shall be under the boundaries of the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
7.3. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before parties resort to court proceedings, they settle to mediate in the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre (BCICAC).

These Terms are drafted in English. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
